Fever & FvAsWing update ( rev 152 )

New Fever & FvAsWing revision : 152

Bigger update is the new configuration file format.
Still in xml of course, but syntax is more clean and readable now. ( nothing has changed in public API access )

Moreover some classes are renamed to avoid future name conflicts with the new and incredible pixIOC extension ( Pixlib ).

Note : F.A.P. Howto #1 tutorial is updated with the new configuration format.

Fever framework

• Configuration Engine
  • parsers are updated to read new xml format
  • Configuration.LISTEN_LOADING_PROGRESS property added ( Boolean ) to display ( or not ) parsing progression in ConfigurationUI
  • FeverConfiguration.soundURL added to map new folder for sounds libs
  • FeverConfiguration path access method renamed : shorter name
  • FontLib / FontLibLocator updated
  • SoundLib / SoundFactory added ( load sounds library at runtime and manage them using Pixlib MixSoundFactory / Locator )


• Theme managment :
  • Theme / ThemeLocator are part of Fever core framework now ( removed from FvAsWing )
  • No more Aswing depedencies. Free to add your custom theme implementation
  • Use Fever Front Controller to apply theme ( allow command customization )
  • FeverEventList#onApplyLookAndFeelEVENT added : dispatch this message to call concrete command to apply your new Look'n Feel


• MixSoundFactoryManager class added ( give unique access, singleton, to a MixSoundFactory )


• BitmapLibLocator updated : methods renamed for better understanding between locator access and repository access.


• Application become CoreApplication to avoid future pixIOC name conflict
• ApplicationLoader become CoreApplicationLoader to avoid future pixIOC name conflict

FvAsWing framework

• FvApplyLookAndFeel command added : apply a new Look'n Feel on application UI


• Components resources updated to use new shorter "getTranslation()" super class method


• FvTheme / FvThemeLocator removed ( part of Fever now )

Template project

• BuildTheme task updated ( example with AsWing theme is included )


• BuildFont task added :
  • create fonts library and load them at runtime ( example included )
  
  
• config.xml updated :
  • new xml structure ( cleaner and easy to read / understand ) full documented in SVN file.
